We work systematically with the management and development of our supply chain and conduct an annual risk assessment of all direct suppliers (Tier 1).

The risk assessment includes, among other things:

• Country risks
• Product risks
• Social conditions (social compliance)
• Transparency in the supply chain
  

Suppliers are also segmented based on factors such as order value to support prioritisation of efforts and to identify areas of elevated risk.

Due diligence and follow-up

We carry out ongoing due diligence through a combination of:

• Review of audit reports
• On-site visits to suppliers
• Continuous dialogue and follow-up
  

The purpose is to identify, prevent, and - where relevant - mitigate potential risks in collaboration with our suppliers.

We work with long-term supplier relationships, with several partnerships spanning more than 20 years. At the same time, we set requirements for our suppliers, and new partnerships are entered into based on a specific assessment.

Supplier structure

We currently collaborate with 25 direct suppliers.

The geographical distribution is as follows:

• China: 82%
• Bangladesh: 9%
• Romania: 5%
• Turkey: 5%
  

This distribution is continuously updated and based on our current supplier portfolio.

Policies and requirements

We have implemented policies and guidelines that form the foundation of our collaboration with suppliers. These include, among other things:

• Prohibition of child labour
• Requirements for decent working conditions
• Anti-corruption
• Prohibition of forced labour
• Animal welfare
  

Suppliers are expected to comply with these requirements as part of the collaboration.

Collaboration with amfori BSCI

We are a member of amfori and use BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) as a tool to monitor social conditions among our suppliers.

BSCI audits are used as part of our due diligence work and contribute to a structured assessment of working conditions at factory level.

We have been a member since 2023 and continuously work to integrate and apply the tools in our supplier follow-up.
